Classic full grain leather handlebar end plugs, the Berthoud plugs have a strong grip inside the bar thanks to a silicon plug compressed by a stainless steel bolt. These will fit 7/8" (22.2mm) handlebars with an inner diameter of 19mm or larger. Made in France.
