Returns
BMXGuru.com will accept returns up to 30 days from the date received. Merchandise must be in new condition with original packaging - unused and uninstalled.
- If item packaging is missing, damaged or lost, a 50% re-stocking fee will be charged.
- Some large items such as wheels, bikes, frames, and/or free shipping orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Returned items must be new and unassembled in any way.
- Used, installed, or damaged items will not be refunded. Buyer will be responsible for any shipping charges to have it returned to them.
- Custom items such as spokes and custom wheels are not returnable.
Returned merchandise must be accompanied by original sales receipt or order confirmation. The buyer is responsible for paying all shipping charges. Refused orders or orders marked "return to sender" will have the shipping charge deducted from the return amount.
Shipping charges are not refunded for returned items. Funds will be credited to the original purchasing account.
You can start your return by using the shipper of your choice. Customer is responsible for shipping costs. Please include your invoice or order confirmation inside of the package and notate the reason for return.

Please re-pack items carefully with padding and sturdy packaging. We are not responsible for returns lost/damaged in transit. Also, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance.

Defective or broken products must be returned to the manufacturer for warranty claims. For manufacturer contact information, please email info@bmxguru.com or call 517-458-6302. Products are not warranted against improper installation or use. Normal or abnormal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturers defect.
BMX Guru recommends that all parts be installed by a qualified bicycle mechanic--not a gorilla with a pipe wrench.
