This is a 23.8mm to 20mm chainwheel adapter. It is made out of steel. It will adapt one-piece crank size sprockets that have a 23.8mm bore to fit a 20mm spindle. Color of this part may vary.
This only fits 20mm spindles which were found on some imported 3-piece cranks in the 1990's/Early 2000's. This WON'T work on 19mm or 22mm spindles.
