This is a Star Nut and Top Cap w/ Hollow bolt for 1 1/8" headsets. The top cap is aluminum alloy and Black in color. This part will fit most 1 1/8" steel or chromoly forks. The chrome bolt is an M10 and it will allow you to route the front brake cable through it.
