This is a set of Pastic Wheel Disc Covers for 20" wheels. These work best on 36 spoke wheels. The diameter is approx 15.25". You get 4 discs (enough for 2 wheels) and plastic screw hardware. These are very basic, not a premium item. After all, they are basically BMX hubcaps.
