This is a 26" wheelset (one front and one rear). The rims are A-7X Lite single wall that are black anodized in color. These rims have 10mm holes between each spoke. They are similar in style to the old Mongoose Pro Class rims.
The hubs are black alloy small flange sealed bearing with 3/8 axles front & rear (slotted front). The rear hub is a standard freewheel type which will work with 16t and larger freewheels (not included). 100mm F, 110mm R OLD
The 36 spokes are chrome-plated carbon steel w/ 5/8" chrome-plated brass nipples, and they are built 4X just like bitd. These wheels will accept 26 x 1.75 - 2.40 tires (559mm).
The rim has a pinned seam which means that the seam has a decal instead of a hole as seen in the photos.
Included are 3 sets of nylon rim strips; one red, one black and one blue. They are not the shiny mylar; they are nylon.
